EPC Project Job Scope:

1.  Supply and installation of TM Solar’s Standard High Performance Solar modules

2.  Fixed slantwise mounting kits and bolting accessories

3.  TUV certified junction boxes for whole system and phalanx

4.  On-grid solar inverter(250kw or 500kw, optional)

5.  Step up transformers

6.  LT and HT cabinets

7.  Power gauging & power protection or isolation mechanism

8.  Grounding connections for whole solar system, DC power system, lightning protection mechanism

9.  Systematic data monitoring system (Power generation, current, voltage etc.)

10. Environmental factor monitoring system (Radiation, temperature, wind pressure etc.)

11. Solar module connection cables and power cables

Training, Installation & Commissioning

1. Training programs are provided for Customer’s staff and professionals

2. Design of the complete solar system, Size: 20MWp

3. Design & buildup of pedestals to fasten module mounting kits

3. Solar Module installation to mounting kits and cable laying out

4. All construction work for control room and switchyard

5. Switchyard installation including OT, HT, transformers and other electrical equipments

6. Buildup of basic pathways matching drainage and cable trenches

7. Recheck of connection & compliance and commissioning of all equipments supplied by TM Solar

8. On-grid solar power plant test operation and load trials at project site before hand-over and implementation of maintenance contract

System Warranty:

1.Solar Panel: 25 years not less than 80% output, 10 year material & workmanship warranty, 《Warranty Certificate》would be enclosed with the supplied products

2.Solar on-grid Inverter: 10 years quality assurance

3. Mounting Structure: 25 years quality warranty

4. Step-up Transformer: 10 year quality warranty

Payment Style:

1. 30% T/T deposit is made within 15 working days after Contract Signing bilaterally

2. 30% T/T payment shall be effected against the copy of clean on-board B/L, Buyer shall assign his agent to ovesee the equipment loading

3. Construction blue print is approved, 30% T/T is effected within 10 working days after installation finishes at project site

4. After running smoothly for 6 month, Buyer shall issue << Final Acceptance Report >> to Seller, 10% payment shall be made within 10 working days after the issuance of << Final Acceptance Report >>
